Telephone interview with direct manager and senior manager followed by: Three stage onsite interview: Interview with HR Interview with direct manager and senior manager Exam The interview was the standard interview process with HR followed by managers. But the crucial part for me was the exam process. The exam consisted of a broadcast technical knowledge evaluation, a scripting knowledge evaluation and a design evaluation. This really tested candidate ability and felt like a fair and concise approach.

The process moved really quickly. After an initial interview I was invited back to meet members of the wider team, who were all very welcoming. There was lots of feedback along the way and I was kept informed at all stages of the process. The HR team were friendly and welcoming and everyone was very engaging
