The interview was straightforward and prodictive. I applied in person and dropped off my resume. They had a short phone interview to see if the positions requirements were a good fit for my schedule. I was then scheduled for an in person interview. Seemed like they knew what they were looking for. Bother owner and manager were professional and respectful. They brought me in for 1 more interview before offering me the job.
