We have attempted to standardize our recruitment process to ensure equity for all applicants as much as possible, and we believe in being transparent with our processes. For future reference, I have included our standard recruitment process below:
1. Your application will be reviewed by the hiring team, after which you may be requested to provide some written responses to some basic technical questions – this will help us to get to know you a little better and to understand where the best fit may be here at Snowed In. We endeavor to get back to all applications within 10 days.
2. The next step in our process is a technical assessment (where appropriate) aimed at evaluating your skill level – the details will be tailored to the specific role you have applied for. Once the assessment has been reviewed you may be invited to an initial discussion with our Talent Acquisition team to gather more information and answer any initial questions that you may have.
3. The final step in our process is a Technical Interview with one of our Senior team members and a potential discussion with one of our Senior Leadership team.
