The interview process was lengthy with 6 rounds with all different departments. Interview format was good with 45 minutes time window. After 6 rounds and waiting for good 3 weeks I chased up and only got a standard reply "thank you for applying, you have not been shortlisted". Extremely frustrating and disappointing not to get a formal email or call back after I have invested few days to suit their interview style. I would not be wasting my time next time with snowflake.
