Medium Difficulty. 3 rounds. Techincal questions about SQL and Python. Focused on optimization and not just about getting the code to work. Overall a good process and got an interview without any referral.

Technically speaking, the interview wasn't too hard - there was a system design round with focus on data matching from various systems (inspired by interviewer's own work at the time) and Python/SQL round with simple (Leetcode-easy) questions. Several leadership rounds - with the hiring manager, and 2 XFN. It was relatively easy technically, but the process felt a bit disorganized.
