I applied with a refferal and got an OA invitation. I solved all 3 problems within 2 hours. But unfortunately still received a rejection mail, probably due to unavailability of visa sponsorship.

Entrevista
The interview process is straight forwared. They have 2 interviews, one with junior engineer and one with senior. Rhey ask you medium - easy system design questions and are nice and collaborative. If you pass these 2 then final meeting with team and then you are in.

The interview began with an initial coding screen before any interviews. It consisted of two questions that you had to answer. I did not do well enough to pass on to the next round of interviews.
