First red flag is the lack of HR involvement throughout the recruitment process. They did not do my initial screening interview nor did they join any of the interviews themselves. I was put through 5 rounds of the same interviews, it was unstructured and disorganized and each time they asked the same questions. I had to follow up with HR after every interview as they would go weeks without reaching out. The worst part was finding out in the final interview that I was expected to go into the office 5 days a week. This is an important piece of information for anyone looking for a job, especially when the first interviewer said it would be maybe once a week. My final interview was quite awful, they were cold and uninterested. And to top off an awful experience, I was ghosted after my final interview. This process was long and exhausting and it seems they forget we don’t get paid to give up so much of our time. It’s been 6 weeks and I have not heard back. For a large, public company they seems awfully disorganized.
First round screening, second round with adjacent team, third round with hiring manager. Did not pass the third round. But overall not a bad experience. Each round was 30 minutes with a few days in between.

The interview process was a bit confusing - I was referred internally to a Field Marketing Manager position which there were multiple listings of. Once I got a call with the hiring manager for the correct role (the one based in NYC) it seemed very informal and just informational. I was then told my a recruiter to speak to someone else on the team - still unsure about the process at this point. That call went very well and she even told me I would be a great fit and said she would be moving me forward in the process on the call. At this point I was moved on to meet with a more senior person who was my would be manager's counterpart. She asked basic questions all that I had already answered in both previous calls with people. From there I got silence for a while and even had followed-up a few times. I will say, the recruiter was very communicative with me but eventually I was told that I did not get the position and they are moving forward with someone else. I asked for feedback as I was pretty surprised that I was not moved forward after the positive feedback about my experience levels. The recruiter told me that the hiring manager would reach back out with feedback and now it has been 2 weeks and I still haven't gotten that feedback.
