I answered with yes. My interviewer then proceed to tell me why I was a bitter woman and how I come off as very salty. He then proceed to tell how he was concerned for me and that his concerns were too great to move forward and I should think more positively moving forward. I then told him, well, this is a recruiter role - I answered your questions and made references/examples to my prior experiences that related to what a recruiter needs to do and should do. If this was a interview for a different role, I wouldn't have used any of those examples as they wouldn't have made any sense. I also ended with, you cannot fix anything if you don't know what's wrong, I know what's wrong in recruiting and job hunting and interviewing - because I'm going thru it now... and clearly I can make that better for others.
