Candidatei-me online. Fui entrevistado pela SoPost (Paris) em fev. de 2026
Entrevista
The process consisted of four stages spanning an entire month:
Initial HR screening call
Interview with Head of Sales France
Business case presentation (1.5 hours) with Head of Sales France and COO (UK-based)
Sales test
Final interview with CEO
My Experience:
What started as a promising process turned into a complete waste of time and a masterclass in unprofessional recruitment practices.
Throughout each stage, I received overwhelmingly positive feedback. The HR manager, Head of Sales, and COO all praised my performance, explicitly telling me I "did a great job" and that I was a strong fit for the role. The HR manager even proactively called me between stages to share materials and help me prepare, which gave me confidence I was a serious contender.
The business case was particularly demanding - a heavy 1.5-hour presentation requiring significant preparation time and energy. I fielded numerous questions from both the Head of Sales and COO, answering with confidence and thoroughness. Again, I received positive feedback on my performance.
After investing a full month into this process and completing every stage successfully (according to their own feedback), I waited three business days post-CEO interview only to receive a cold, detached rejection email from the COO. No explanation, no constructive feedback, no acknowledgment of the time and effort invested - just a brief "you haven't been chosen."
When I requested feedback, the COO's response was dismissively vague, citing "industry fit" as the reason - despite my luxury background being disclosed and discussed from the very first interview. If this was truly a concern, why waste my time (and theirs) with a month-long process including an intensive business case?
The final insult: when I reached out to the HR manager who had been so supportive throughout, I discovered she'd been let go from the company. She told me she had been rooting for me.
Bottom Line:
This experience reflects poorly on SoPost's recruitment practices and respect for candidates' time. Being strung along with positive feedback only to receive a cold, unexplained rejection after a month-long process is unprofessional and disrespectful. If you're considering interviewing here, be prepared for mixed signals, significant time investment, and potentially disappointing communication at the end.
Not recommended.

The recruiting team was disorganized, unprofessional, and at times unethical. The process felt misleading and poorly managed. Overall, a disappointing experience and not worth your time at all to anyone.

The entire process seemed based on personal preference rather than qualifications.
Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 3 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa SoPost (Lake Tahoe).

The interview process was extensive, engaging, and thoughtfully designed. Each stage felt purposeful, and the team put much effort into making candidates feel seen and supported. Every person I spoke with was sharp, engaged, and deeply invested in personal and company growth. The conversations were challenging but always fair—pushing me to think critically while remaining collaborative and respectful.
Although I didn't move forward due to location constraints, this was hands-down one of the most rewarding interview processes in 2024. I recommend exploring opportunities here if you're looking for a place that values excellence, growth, and people.
