It was a quick zoom call with multiple members of the training team, they ask specific questions about recovery, and the reasons you want the job. Alongside getting to know you, they are judging everything about you, from communicating to dictation, and format of response. Very easy and very effective. BE SURE TO BE IN A QUIET AREA!!!
