Entrevista
I was approached by a recruiter first on LinkedIn and then had a phone interview with the CEO. Afterward, I was called in for an in-person interview where I met with the CEO, CMO, and two employees. Thereafter, I was asked to provide references and then received an offer which I declined. There's a clause in the offer letter that doesn't comply with labor law and they refuse to change it citing "company policy", so I had to walk away.

Entrevista
CEO missed first interview without notification call or email. Next interview, the stated sales was much higher than what is reality. Lead process promoted as much more robust in same interview but the opposite was truth.
