Extremely positive interview experience, along with a nice staff offering me water and making small talk. Manager(s) was clear and direct on what they were looking for, which I enjoyed. They reviewed my resume and walk-in application and was hired on the spot. Followed up a few days later with a phone call regarding my start date. Overall, a positive experience.

Entrevista
To obtain my application I walked into the restaurant and asked for the form in person. The hostess invited me to fill out the application at the bar until a manager would be able to speak with me afterward. The manger was punctual and made my efforts a priority. A professional, personal, and easy going approach was taken, and the manger informed me he would review my application along with others and would contact me if they were to pursue my employment. It only took about 2-3 days before I was contacted to meet for a one on one interview at the restaurant. At the one on one interview they asked questions regarding the work atmosphere and other basic, easy questions, but they also showed interest in my personal life with questions about education and hobbies. I was filling out paperwork just a couple days later and started training promptly! Depending on much availability thy have with positions, the process was easy, fast, and very enjoyable!
