The hiring manager, upon arrival, said this was just a meet and greet. He said that he wasn't even sure if they would ultimately hire anyone. Not to mention there were criteria to be met that wasn't on my resume so I'm unsure why I was called in for the "meet and greet".

I went through the bilingual interview. There was 3 people in my interview. They did the behavioral questions. I also got an additional interview translating something from English to Spanish. Pretty simple and straight forward.

Applied and interviewed with two people then did extensive background paperwork. The interview process was to the point and not too complicated. The interview process to hire took maybe a couple of weeks or so.

The interview was a phone interview with one interviewer and it took about 45 minutes with maybe ten to fifteen questions. It was fairly easy and the interviewer was nice.
