Entrevista
Applied first phone interview was scheduled a month and a half later on one day notice. Second video interview was scheduled a month after that on 1 day notice. Both interviews consisted of behavioral questions (ie. explain a situation when you had to deal with a difficult client, talk about a time when you had to persuade someone to your point of view) Received a call three weeks later for another interview with one of the higher ups.

Structured interview. The interviewers did not deviate from this whatsoever. The qiestions were very general and don’t really allow them to get to know you or what you can do.
