There was a written component prior to the actual interview. Then, there was a panel interview with two managers consisting of behavioral questions. You have to answer using a specific example. They will be writing down your answers while you talk, so there will be a lot of silence. The managers were extremely professional, welcoming and friendly. --- Applied in February. STAR method is used. Pretty straight forward; name a situation, your take and actions and the result of your action. Can be as descriptive or vague as you would like as long as you answer every part of the STAR method.
