Entrevista
The interview was a phone call with two managers that lasted about an hour and a half. The questions asked were mostly situational (STAR method) questions, such as describe a time when I had a deadline to complete a project. One interesting question was to teach the interviewers something that you know well, in which they give you 5 minutes to prepare your answer.
Overall, the interviewers were very friendly and told me to take my time answering their questions. Since they were looking to hire immediately, this was the only interview and they requested my references at the end.

Completed application on federal employment website, the application was completed on USA jobs. Took several months after application before interview. Interview consisted on a variety of questions about customer service and application capabilities.

Very Good interview with a well informed interviewer. Learned the job duties in a concise manner. I appreciate the knowledge of the interviewer and their understanding of the agency and position.
