I was interviewed by 2 managers in a panel style interview. 7 to 8 questions asked in which they took turns reading off a paper to ask. After that they left the room for a second and came back. I was the escorted up stairs for finger printing. 2 weeks later I was called for the position. My references were not called.

It was easy focused on client service. Also dove into how you handle angry callers. I had 3 rounds of interviews First with a large group, then came back to another round with 6 other people.
