The interview began with writing a series of answers to open ended questions (i.e what are your goals, why do you want to work for SSA, which skills do you think will be most important) The questionnaire was then followed by a two person panel interview. Many of the questions were STAR based and based on your experience in providing customer service. My overall experience was positive. I felt the interview was very straight forward.
