The interview was frustrating, confusing, and lacked any outcome. Mother/daughter ghosted on me after spending hours with on calls and meetings. I had to do the interview while on vacation w the Founder due leading me on that there would be an offer. Then they wanted to put together work for them and told them if they want me to do any work there will be a charge. After this, the mother/daughter duo disappeared and wouldn't return any of my emails/calls. They were simply looking to get answers out of people they were interviewing. Overall it's poor company w lack of leadership and vision not to mention poorly funded. Their business model is to keep applying for grants as the Founder has a Ph.D. Stay away.
