The People Operations Director reached out and asked me to set up an interview via Calendly. When the time came, they did not call as promised. I reached out via email to see if we could reschedule and they never responded. Very unprofessional. Now I understand some of the negative company reviews.

I applied online for this role and within few days got email to get initial interview setup.
Was a prescreen phone call to see my background and from there got a 2nd interview with director of paid search.
In the 2nd interview you do a live assessment of excel to see how you would do a ppc campaign build - the issue with this is time and amount of questions they are asking while you are trying to complete this.
Honestly its one of the worse ways to interview since its hard to explain what you are doing while answering questions. When doing a real build you don't ever have clients ask you questions on it while your building it out nor have your boss doing that either.
Not realistic at all and I was ghosted afterwards. Biggest joke of a company. I dont recommend people applying here at all
