Entrevista
Anyway the process looks very ok and the interviewers were nice even there was some jokes around. After 2 weeks they have provided feedback with full description why they didn't go further with me.

First interview was with CTO, who have asked standard question why are looking for a new job, what motivates you, what your next career steps, what would be ideal job look like.
Second interview was with 1 engineer + IT Director, where you should describe about your recent project and what was done by you.
