There was no interview. They just gathered a few people in a meeting room and played the video presentation of the job (basically telemarketer position selling their software subscriptions to Singapore markets) and how much commission the salesperson will get if he/ she hits certain targets. This is totally a sales-hunter role. Interviewer (or rather the person who did the presentation) was not interested in interviewing candidate at all. He just informed whoever was interested in the job to come back to him by the weekend. If you are not interested to become telemarketer, don't waste your time to go for the interview (more precisely, video presentation).
