Very straightforward interview, nothing hard and typical questions for kitchen porter roles were asked. why you want to work there, tell me a time when..., what would you do when.... You also got to ask questions also. Very nice interviewer and spoke highly of the company.

Informal chat with the catering manager and the executive chef which took about 20 minutes. although they advertised for a kitchen porter , they offered me a job as a kitchen storeman if I successfully completed a 4 hour work trial.
