Entrevista
Applied online, followed by several weeks of email communications and two 1:1 interviews. The department was undergoing major change with the death of the head of the department at the start of the interview process. Lots of internal change and transition. The temporary head of the department resigned and the position was filled by giving the agency additional hours.
