Entrevista
I had a total of 3 interviews for my current position. The first was with the Executive Chef, followed by another with a full management team. The third interview was a practical interview to demonstrate culinary skills and techniques. Overall a fairly difficult interview process, but necessary considering the level of skill required for the position.

There were several questions in a pre interview phone screen that were strange and almost unnerving. They were mostly psychological in nature, and I wasn't sure whether I was on the phone with another person or an automated system. Very weird.

I thought the interview would be like any other interview but it spanned 2 hours long didn't wait long and i really enjoyed the conversations we had, Shivang puri interviewed me and he is an easy going guy who i can tell loves his job look forward to working with him

Recruiter called and we had a phone interview. She called back same day and scheduled an appointment for later in the wee. I met with the GM and F&B director. We had a 30 minute interview.
