I applied online and was called to schedule an interview within three days. The catering manager was very professional yet personable. She was very interested in how commited I would be to the position. I later found out that many people would begin the job and a few months later leave becuase they found something that paid better.

Fairly easy you know. It was quite straightforward - the interviewer asked standard questions like why would you want to mgive good service to a customer, and what would be the principles you implement to uphold quality service.
