Really no interview process, maybe a 5 min sit down. They ask how close you stay and tell you the hours they are looking to fill. You basically get hired, they always need hekp.

The interview was mostly about experiences and places worked. Then we had a knife skill test. Had to slice and diced some vegetables. Then clean some fruit, cut outside skin, and large dice.
