I was very disheartened when I saw this review, because we at Soft Tech Consulting, Inc., don't ever want to be one of those companies who "ghost" candidates, and doesn't provide status/updates to our candidates. I can only think, that because we had so many candidates we were working, that we inadvertently missed responding to you. And for that I truly apologize. It's an explanation, not an excuse, because as I mentioned, we never want to "ghost" anyone. We know the importance of an applicant's time is and how important it is for them to know where they stand when being considered for a position. I appreciate you bringing this to our attention, because it shows that our processes are not quite where we need them to be and we still have room for improvement. Please accept our apology and I hope your recruiting experience is a better one going forward.
