The process was disorganized from start to finish. It began with an initial screening call followed by a one hour interview that included a random mock call with no clear purpose or structure. The exercise felt basic, disconnected from the actual role, and added little value. After completing the interview, I followed up several times and was told I would hear back by the end of the week. This happened for two weeks straight and eventually led to complete silence. No salary details were shared at any stage, and when asked, I was told it could not be disclosed, leaving candidates with no idea what they are applying for. Overall, Soft2Bet lacks structure, direction, and transparency. There is no sense of long term vision, and communication is poor. I decided to opt out of the process afterwards as it was clear the company is completely lost and poorly managed.
