My first interview was with the recruiter, with basic questions about availability, salary expectations, and conversational English skills. The second Interview was with my current manager, she had more technical questions about my skillset and work style (agile knowledge, support approach, documentation, testing, etc ). Also about my career interests. The third interview was with the Big Data Engineering group. More deep dive questions about python, spark, sql, cloud development, and cicd development. The final interview was with the client, but by this time I already had an offer from them. SoftServe allocates you with a client and gives you a project, even if the client it's not convinced with your profile, you get into a "Talent pool" until they find you a project, this was not my case. I have been assigned to the same client and team since the beginning.
