A couple of discussions, in person and over the phone. Process was standard but they have a pushy attitude that I didn't feel was a fit for my values. I ended the interview process after the second meeting

The phone interview was to identify the interest of both parties in the role and requirements of the open position and the fit relative to the candidate's qualifications, timeline for employment and the current status of the business.
