First they arrange a written test based on MCQ. After that they verify and short list the candidate who are able. Then they ask them to perform a practical test.
After that a face to face technical interview will be conducted.

They will short list you based on your profile, or from a pool and make a call for an interview. Only two round is there one for technical and second for HR.
