After completing the test task, I was invited for an interview with the head of the department. It was a conversation about my expectations, plans and work tasks. The interview was very friendly and comfortable. I was very satisfied with our talk. So when I was offered the position, I gladly accepted.

I applied for 2D Artist position last year, after an interview with the HR they asked me to do a test. So I finished the test on time and they told me that it was one of the BEST applications that they'd received. But after the second interview with the art team they told me that they have decided to proceed with another candidate without explainning the reason! I was stupid enough to apply again for the same position after one year, and this time without any intreviews thay asked me to do a test right away. The test was for the UI artist position and I do beleive this very unprofessional, I did the test anyway, it wat quite easy for me, and again! I received the same email telling that they "decided to proceed with another candidate" ! and when I asked the reason I recieved no answer. This behavior is truely unproffesional, they should be responsible for wasting peaple's time asking them randomly to do a test, the least you can do is explaining to the applicants why they are being rejected except of copy pasting the same messgae for all!
