Interviewed through an agency, called me on day 1 and asked me to come down for an interview on next day itself. Post reaching for interview i was made to wait quite a lot before the actual process started. The Interviewer was quite confused on the profile and wasn't prepared to take the same. It lasted hardly 30 mins. and then i was asked to wait for another long period and post the same HR asked me to leave stating the reason that the another person who was suppose to take the second Round is in a meeting and we will schedule the same tomorrow itself over Skype. Post that i never heard back anything from the agency or the organization. Very Unprofessional and unstructured process....
