They rushed to interview me because they "wanted to hire someone quickly." So I made myself available on short notice and I interviewed three times in one week. Then I received nothing but complete silence for three weeks after before I finally got the notification that they moved in another direction.

found job on company website, emailed recruiter and had phone interview followed by in person The in person interview was with 2 people and was pretty laid back. Not too many difficult or unexpected questions.
