After applying online and getting a phone interview request, I received a call directly from the company President who was very enthusiastic and friendly. I was later invited for an interview in their corporate office and it was a panel interview. I have interviewed with a lot of companies during my career, but my experience with Software Resources was top-notch in every way. I had the opportunity to meet with the CEO, President, and Corporate Office Manager. Their professionalism and kind demeanor was displayed throughout the process and made me feel welcomed. The panel interview lasted close to two hours and the personal pride and desire to be a company that is always striving to get better and put their employees in situations to be successful was evident. I was offered an opportunity to join their team but had to turn it down due to some personal matters that prevented me from moving forward. However, the overall experience has made me a fan for life of their group and wish them all nothing but the best! Anyone would be wise to jump at the opportunity to join the company if offered!
