- Recruiter contacted me via linked in - We had a chat on phone & he wanted to follow up with a meeting in his office. Date & time was set during our chat. - No confirmation email from recruiter after our call. Tried to follow up twice but no reply. - No news for following 3 weeks - 3 weeks later, recruiter reached out again to invite me to office for an interview with one of the stakeholders. No mention about the ''missing in action" or what happened to our "initial appointment". - Went to meet the stakeholder in office. It was a good chat. Interviewer is professional. He updated me on the interview process & mentioned all candidates will know the outcome of interview. - Interviewer said that candidates that are not selected for next round will also get notified & get feedback. At that moment I was like "WoW!" Do companies really bother to give feedback to all candidates even when they are not suitable? - But the "WoW" became a disappointment because there has been no news or updates for 3 weeks even if I am not selected for next round.
