Cognitive test with 100 questions. 30 minute interview by a sales rep that could not answer my questions about career growth, OTE, and more. I liked the open forum of meeting different leadership.

Unfortunately, this has not been the smoothest hiring experience for me. For example, I received notice that the hiring process was on hold only half an hour before my scheduled second interview, and now I receive an email that the position has been filled. There were also some last-minute schedule changes when a colleague unexpectedly took a day off, leaving no one to communicate the update. The hiring process often reflects a company's values and practices, and, based on this experience, I'm not sure I see a strong alignment.

There were 4 rounds of interviews. BU heads and finally with the managing director. There is no delay as we face with MNCs interviews that go on for months at times
