Very simple process. After you send in your form you get sent a link to a bunch of pre-screening aptitude and coding tests. If your score is high enough they will invite you to a 30 min-ish culture check interview. The HR recruiter is very friendly and it is quite a nice chat. If you pass that stage you can then book a technical interview slot. The interviewers are very kind and encouraging and will help you out if you are stuck. It was a wonderful experience for someone like me who has limited experience in coding. The questions are coding-based but they are suitable enough for beginners. They do try to give everyone an even playing field and it shows. I have not heard back about how the technical interview went (will do in 2 working days or so) but I think I likely won't get an offer as I was a bit lost in one of the coding exercises. It was not a language I had ever used before so getting a lot of information straight in was a bit tough even though they give you reading time. Nevertheless, it was quite a lovely experience. All in all, a good company to apply to even if you don't get it. Go for it!
