I placed a complaint after the worst interview of my life here. I was repeatedly called Sweetcheeks and Honeybunch, was mocked for being “too formal”, was sworn and laughed at for some of my answers. I understand that some places like to test you, but this was just out of order. Especially as I was interviewing for a third party company and wouldn’t even be working there!? I was grueled for an hour and a half before leaving in tears. Oddly enough, I was offered the job!! But declined and filed an official complaint about my experience. For your own sanity, avoid!

Applied via email and discussed positions over the phone and later in person. I talked with two different people and they both seemed to have my interest foremost. This led to a couple of interviews with different agencies, onw of which I accepted.

My reel and history was discussed. We talked about where I wanted to end up and directions I would be happy in.

This is almost like a scam. I arrived to a small, worn down building near Oxford Circus. The buzzer wasn't working so someone had to come personally to open the door. They didn't know my name, they had no idea I was coming and I was interviewed by someone completely different to the person who offered me the interview. He made comments about my CV and experience which had nothing to do with the reality, so after checking, the guy realised he had the wrong CV. This happened twice, so the first 5 mins I was there just waiting for the guy to find my CV. There was no interview or meeting room so we were in a class room (where they do training apparently), very uncomfortable. The rooms were tiny and the whole building looked like a cheap hotel. The guy was extremely loud and vulgar in the way he talked, he was overdoing it, trying to sound like he had the best clients and they were top of the top but he had very little idea of the job in question, he couldn't give me any details when I asked and he could never find my CV or Portfolio link, which I had already sent to his colleague. He also kept interrupting my answers constantly, very rude. After 5 minutes of being there I already wanted to leave as this people obviously have no idea of what they are doing, they have a complete mess in there and it was just a waste of time. I never had an interview with such unprofessional people. Don't bother.

Why are you asking about the working hours? (so I got told off for asking a perfectly normal question)
