3-stage interview process; The first interview is a 15-minute phone screen, second interview is a technical interview with one or more of the assistant chief pilots. Didn't make it to the third stage interview. They do not supply any reasons as to why they chose to go a different direction, you just get a generic thanks but no thanks email.

Log book hours and document review on the first interview. Airspace and 310 systems questions on the second. One question on the Second interview asks you to describe the airspace from the surface up to class Alpha airspace at the Toll Plaza VFR waypoint near KHWD, another question had to do with tank fuel transfer in a 310.
