Interview was very technical. I had 3 rounds of interviews including a short quiz interviewing about my solar knowledge. Overall it was a very quick process about 2 weeks and they got me into training right away. If you know your stuff about solar and BESS I think they will value your input as an employee. From recruiter to hiring manager process is smooth and easy. I am still in the process and I have not gotten an offer, I expect to be negotiating my offer soon.
