Fiz uma entrevista na empresa SolTerra (Portland, OR).
Entrevista
I applied for the Wellness Director position at Solterra's spa, Cascada, and my interview experience was strange and off-putting. The two men I spoke with were flippant from the jump, barely gave me a chance to speak, and were outright rude at points. Major red flags.

Entrevista
I was greeted by the front desk associate who let the inteviewer know I was here. I was brought into a conference room and we went through the general interview process of my work history, why I left my last job, experience, etc. It was very relaxed and both Interviewers were very upfront about what my job would entail and require from me and they were able to answer all my questions I had very well.

Entrevista
After applying online I first spoke with one of the owners on the phone for about 20 minutes which went well. He then advised me the next step would be an in-person interview. As other people have mentioned, the office is totally overcrowded right now and we were in a weird back room. It wasn't a very typical interview, they focused a lot on what I wanted and it totally threw me off. I thought it went pretty well to be honest but I didn't get an offer. They seem to emphasize they are different from other firms and what not, but the office was still just a bunch of people staring at their computer screens looking stressed out. He kind of almost tooted his own horn the whole time he spoke about the company.

If we contacted the last place you worked, what would they say they missed the most about you? What would they miss the least?
