It was straightforward. They asked to prepare and deliver a Presentation - 20 minutes with q&a session. It was clearly explained. But they did not follow the post interview schedule. I was notified later than as communicated.

Test and questions were given prior to the interview which was really helpful. Test was scenario-based with questions. Two interviewees - line manager and Head of. Both seemed tired, which I do think it is due to the repetitiveness of the interviewing process.

Why Solace, why now and why this job? Think about the knowledge, experience and skills you would bring to the Project Solace takes an intersectional, feminist approach to ending Violence Against Women and Girls. In your own words, please explain what this means. What challenges do you think women impacted by VAWG and multiple disadvantage face? What do you understand by the term Assertive Outreach? The role includes working with women with multiple risk issues. The women are seen in various settings including the street and their own homes and can present with challenging behaviour. How would you assess and manage risk whilst lone working? Please give us an example of how you have worked effectively in partnership with other agencies to enable a service user affected by multiple disadvantage get the support they need? What do you understand by the term a ‘trauma- informed approach’ and how will this approach inform your work with women? Please give us an example of when you have managed your own schedule or how would you ensure deadlines are met? How would you look after your emotional wellbeing when working with service users who can present with very high level complex needs and who may at times be in very challenging crisis situations?
