Invested 2 months in a promising interview process, receiving positive feedback at every stage. After the VP interview, radio silence despite follow-ups. Ghosting after such extensive engagement shows a complete lack of respect for candidates' time and effort. The interview was in four steps, which unfortunately took way longer than expected, because of long gaps between these steps.
1) First interview with leetcode easy problems.
2) Take-home assignment.
3) Interview with team engineers.
4) Interview with managers.
