I met with 3 out of the 4 DC employees at this organization. This is a very effective, international organization but much of their work is done elsewhere in the country and elsewhere in the world. The DC office staff is tiny but mighty. I met with Finance Director, Director of Development, and Executive Director, each individually, one right after the other. Discussions with each were very warm and conversational. Though I wasn't offered a position, I liked these people a lot and with their warmth and easy-going style, I was wishing I could have asked each of them more personal questions (except that it's an interview). They seemed to have great rapport with one another and with me, the newcomer.
