I interviewed for a hybrid on-site role (2–3 days per week in person), which I got through a referral. The process was prompt—the interview was scheduled immediately after the referral—but it turned out to be entirely behavioral, with no technical questions asked. Although I felt prepared, I was ultimately not selected. I wasn’t given detailed feedback, just informed that they wouldn’t be moving forward. It was a good learning experience, and I’m continuing to seek roles that align with my skills in software development and systems.
