There was a 3-step interview process. First a recruiter contacted me to learn more about me and explain the role, responsibilities, pay structure, other pertinent job info. Then I was scheduled to meet at the work location to conduct an in-person interview with two of the managers there. Lastly, I had a 20-30 minute phone interview with the Director to finish.

They are trying to weed people out as much as possible in the first interview. They don't want sales people, they want regular people with sales types of experience that sound good on the phone, and aren't overly pushy. The second interview, they want to know about what you can do and how you will contribute to the company.
