After sending my resume in through an employee referral, I was able to schedule a phone interview. After the phone interview, I was sent a technical test which tested my knowledge on EE, PV, civil/architectural principles, as well as some common sense thinking. After that, I was scheduled for an in-person interview where I discussed my experiences. No technical questions were asked during the in-person interview.

There was a test. But it was mainly to test the candidate's thinking process. Then there was the typical interview question session. It was pretty simple. Just review interview questions and you'll be fine.
