The process was quite simple. I have a friend that works there. I used her as a referral and applied online. Called a day later by a recruiter. Ask to come in the next day for an interview. Called back that evening saying I didn't receive the position for Customer Relations Specialist but they'd like me to interview for Customer Care Specialist. Did that the next day.

Online invitation to take assessment. Attempting do apply from out of state. Awaiting next step in process. I was referred by a friend who did not have anything bad to say about the company.
